You would like to offer a workshop or lead a trick-sharing session at the convention?

That would be great!

We are looking forward for all subjects where something beautiful, new or interesting is being shared. Next to the “classic” workshops like poi, hoop or staff, there is also space for more out of the box ideas like acro- or morning-yoga, beatboxing, Herb collecting in the forest or Massage & Meditation.

Apply for a workshop with the registration form below. We are looking forward to it.

Important: You can only offer a workshop (as an offer for the community) with a valid Ostflimmern ticket.

We are a small convection (organized entirely by volunteers), so we can’t offer any discounts.

At the registration you can chose, if you need one timeslot (60 minutes) or two timeslots (120 minutes) for your workshop – including recap an cleaning up. So that the next workshop can also start in time.

If you need music, please bring your own speaker.

We close the admissions one week before the convention starts to enable us to create a schedule for the workshops. We will post the plan on our website the moment it’s ready. If there are still free timeslots, it is also possible to organize a spontaneous workshop at the convention.
