Despite the many distractions of the summer we’ve managed to gather and collect feedback, ideas & wishes for the next convention. And after the amazing success of Ostflimmern we’re very glad to announce the date for the second edition:
17-20th of May
That’s Friday til Monday on the Pentecost Weekend. Preparations for the convention will start after the summer season of 2023, and we’ll start sharing more details when they become available.

Our minds still buzzing with all the impressions, experiences, and connections with all of you, we can only come to one conclusion: the first edition of Ostflimmern was a great success!
We’re incredibility grateful to all participants, from the core organization team, to everybody who shared this experience with us.
Over the coming few weeks we will sort through our memories, pictures and videos, and post the best ones through our website and social media channels. The aftermovie will be published after the summer season of 2023.
The sale of Ostflimmern tickets got off to an impressive start, as half of the available spots were snapped up within a mere two weeks…
We’ve noticed both a lot of old and new names across the ones of you who already gotten your tickets, we’re looking forward to greeting all of you at the Convention.

Multiple teams have already found each other and are working on creating decorations, coordinating firespace & DJ shifts, and much more. We’re also looking for a great firewood location, more hands (and vans) for transport, and whatever amazing thought and idea you have for Ostflimmern!

Important for the 2023 edition of Ostflimmern
We are currently (March 2023) in the middle of founding our association FlowArts e.V..
However, as this process will still take a few weeks, the ticket sales and payment processing for this year’s convention will be handled by Sven Beyer, just like last year’s Test Convention.
Your payment will therefore go to “Sven Beyer – Coaching & Consulting Services”, who will then transfer the money directly to the association.

We’re hard at work to finalize the last important details, and will share the information regarding the event location, workshops, sleeping possibilities & of course the tickets as soon as possible.

After we processed the disappointment of not being able to move forward with our intended location we learned once again that when one door closes, another one usually opens.
We were offered to do a test run at Luftfahrtmuseum Finowfurt (Aviation Museum in Finowfurt) with a small group, for which we are incredibility grateful.
Because we only had a few weeks to organize it, and the date being in Autumny September (Rain!) we decided to only invite the crew, and see for ourselves if the location was suitable for a larger convention.
Fear not, it is awesome, with a lot of growth potential!

We were all set for an amazing Convention in 2022, with an enthusiastic team of fiery souls, and the wildest plans…
… but it wasn’t to be, as we couldn’t move forward with our intended festival location.
But don’t despair, 2023 is just around the corner!
Next month our organization team is testing an even greater location with more potential than we dared to hope for.
